Rates & Fees:
We believe that quality counseling should be as accessible as possible. Our rates are straightforward in addition there will be a $5 administration fee.
Fully Licensed Counselor:

Individual Counseling: $100 – $175

Couples Counseling: $125 – $175

Adolescent Counseling: $100 – $175

Family Counseling: $125 – $175

Intern Counselor- $85
Session length is approximately 60 minutes. Rates may vary based on the counselor and specific needs of each session.
Working With an Intern Counselor:
Our intern counselors are graduate-level students completing their supervised clinical training under the direct oversight of a licensed professional counselor. They bring fresh knowledge, genuine care, and dedicated attention to every session — at a reduced rate of $85 per session for all service types.
Working with an intern is an excellent option for those who want quality, counseling at a more accessible price point. All intern sessions are fully supervised to ensure the highest standard of care.
Do You Accept Insurance?
Mt. Hope Christian Counseling Center is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, we do provide superbills upon request.
A superbill is an itemized receipt of your counseling services that you can submit directly to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many insurance plans will reimburse a portion of your session costs — we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first appointment.
