These SMS Terms & Conditions explain how text messaging works at Mt. Hope Christian Counseling Center. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Mt. Hope Christian Counseling Center uses text messaging to send administrative messages to clients and prospective clients who have agreed to receive them. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
2. Types of Messages
If you have opted in, you may receive text messages about:
-
Scheduling
-
Appointment reminders
-
Follow-up messages
-
Billing inquiries
Example message: "Hello, this is a reminder from Mt. Hope Christian Counseling Center about your upcoming appointment. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time."
3. Consent and Opt-In
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on an online form at www.mthopechristiancounseling.com and providing your mobile phone number. By checking the box, you give us your express consent to send text messages to that number.
Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is not required to receive counseling services or to schedule an appointment. If you do not wish to receive text messages, simply leave the consent box unchecked. We will still be glad to reach you by phone or email.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 10 text messages per week related to a billing inquiry.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and mobile plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
6. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also call us at (417) 624-9659 or email counseling@mthope.church to be removed from our messaging list.
If you opt out of text messages, we may still contact you by phone or email about your care and appointments.
